Cancellation & no-show policy

Please give at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start time are considered late cancellations.

If the host has not arrived or contacted us within 30 minutes of the scheduled start, the reservation may be released as a no-show. Late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit before a future reservation. Emergencies are reviewed individually—please contact the venue as soon as you can.
